Aircraft spare parts · global sourcing

A Power Spare Parts drives global operations with precision, speed, and trust.

We source aircraft spare parts and technical equipment for civil and military aviation, standard components and the rare, hard-to-find items alike, and move them through export, compliance, and logistics with the discretion a demanding client expects.

  • Civil & military aviation
  • Four-continent network
  • ASA-accredited sourcing
  • Export & compliance handled

Precision, up close

Every blade has a maintenance history. Knowing how to read it is half the job.

Our approach

Solutions, not limitations.

The aviation spare parts industry runs on accuracy, compliance, and deep logistical expertise. There is little room for guesswork. A Power Spare Parts is built to close that gap: a small, senior-led desk with the reach of a much larger network, so a request that looks impossible on paper still gets an answer. We work critical components for civil and military aviation alike, with the care, discretion, and premium presentation the assignment calls for.

“We believe in solutions, not limitations. With APSP, everything is possible.”

What we do

Four ways we move your program forward.

CAP.01

Global sourcing

We locate standard and hard-to-find aircraft parts and technical equipment across a vetted international supplier network, for civil and military platforms alike.

CAP.02

Export documentation & compliance

Every shipment is prepared against export control regulations and customs documentation standards, so nothing stalls at the border.

CAP.03

Technical presentation

Parts destined for resale or acquisition are documented and presented to the standard a buyer's technical team expects, before they ever have to ask.

CAP.04

Advisory: refurbishment & logistics

Guidance on refurbishment pathways and the logistics to move components safely, on schedule, and in line with aviation MRO protocols.

How it works

From request to receiving inspection.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Send the part number, the platform, or just a description of the problem. No portal, no account, a direct line to the desk handling it.

  2. 02

    We search the network

Standard and hard-to-find inventory alike, checked across a vetted supplier network, civil and military platforms included.

  3. 03

    We handle the paperwork

Export documentation and customs paperwork are prepared before the part ships, not after a hold forces the issue.

  4. 04

    It arrives ready to use

Delivered with the documentation and condition reporting your incoming inspection expects.

Where we operate

A network built across four continents.

Our partners span Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, with active relationships across Asia, the US, the Emirates, and Europe. That reach is what lets a single desk in Newark answer requests that would otherwise mean chasing five different brokers.

In the field

We look at the part, not just the paperwork.

A part number tells you what something is supposed to be. A close look at the part itself tells you what it actually is: hours flown, how it was stored, whether the last shop cut corners. That's the difference between a component that clears incoming inspection and one that gets sent back.

How we operate

Held to the same standard as the parts we move.

  • §

    Export control regulations

Every cross-border movement is checked against the controls that apply to it before it ships.

  • §

    Customs documentation standards

Paperwork is built to clear customs the first time, not to be corrected after a hold.

  • §

    Airworthiness handling protocols

Every component is handled and advised on in line with the protocols the maintenance side of the industry expects.

  • §

    International supplier verification

Suppliers are vetted before they enter the network, not after a problem surfaces.

Questions

Before you write in.

Do you only work with commercial airlines?
No. We source for civil and military platforms alike, and for MRO shops, lessors, and brokers as well as operators directly.
What if the part isn't in your network yet?
That's most of the job. We treat "we don't have it" as a research problem, not an answer, and go find it.
Do you provide export and compliance documentation?
Yes. Every shipment is prepared against export control regulations and customs documentation standards before it moves.
Where are you based, and where do you ship?
APSP is registered in Newark, Delaware, with an active partner network across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Africa.
How do I start a request?
Email the part number or a description of what you need to Jstarck@apowerspareparts.com, or reach out on WhatsApp.

Get in touch

Don't hesitate to contact us: your request is our mission.

Send the part number, the platform, or just a description of what you're trying to solve. If it's sourceable, we'll find it, and if it needs documentation, compliance work, or logistics behind it, we'll handle that too.
